Leadership Update
Following recent elections, we are pleased to announce the new officers of Denver Sister Cities International’s Executive Committee:
Chair, Riccardo Mazzeo

Riccardo steps into the Chair position, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for building connections between Denver and our sister cities worldwide.
Vice Chair, Fernando Pineda-Reyes

Fernando will serve as Vice Chair, continuing his commitment to advancing our programs and outreach efforts.
Treasurer, Fred Kaplan

Fred remains in the role of Treasurer, ensuring fiscal responsibility and continuity in our financial stewardship.
Secretary, Margaret Griffes

Margaret joins the Executive Committee as Secretary, bringing new energy, leadership development and insights to our communications and records management.
We also want to take a moment to express our gratitude to Devron McMillin, who has stepped down as Chair after eight remarkable years of leadership. Devron’s dedication and vision have been invaluable to our mission, and we thank her for her many contributions.
Additionally, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Cherish Edwards for her dedicated service as Secretary of the Board in 2024. We are also delighted to welcome back Cherish to the Board of Directors. Her enthusiasm and experience will undoubtedly continue to enhance our initiatives.
